At ComputerSupplieZ.com, we keep our delivery process clear, simple, and straightforward. Below you will find all details regarding our order fulfillment times, shipping costs, and delivery coverage.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We charge a single standard flat rate of $15.00 on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, regardless of package weight, order total, or size.

2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Schedule
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
- Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
Orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).
3. Shipping Destinations & Limitations
- Supported Destinations: We deliver to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Standard Flat Rate.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Damaged, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please notify us immediately at service@suppliez.co with your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
